Verdant Exchange | 绿意盎然
The “Verdant Exchange” project aims to address issues at the Red Bird Makerspace such as poor air quality, unreasonable space layout, poor interactivity, and lack of aesthetics in the office environment. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, modular plant configuration is adopted, an intelligent mini-program is developed, and elaborate UI design is carried out. The project covers interior design and service design, providing users with a variety of green plants and flowers to choose from. At the same time, a detailed budget analysis of the project’s one-time investment and continuous investment is carried out, aiming to create a green, intelligent, and comfortable office space. The construction has been completed on the 5th floor of the W1 Building at HKUST(GZ). - 🌿 Modular Plant Configuration: The extra-large module purifies the air, the large module adds beauty, the medium module is used as a partition, and the small module adjusts the mood, with clear divisions of labor.
- 💻 Intelligent Mini-program: Facilitates the purchase of green plants and flowers, offers various choices such as the best of the last period and today’s specials, supports online payment, and delivers to the workstations.
- 🎨 Elaborate UI Design: Covers all process pages, with convenient operation and a comfortable experience.
- 💰 Clear Budget Planning: Clearly defines one-time investment and continuous investment, and the costs cover various aspects such as mini-program development, plant procurement, and maintenance.

“绿意盎然” 项目由跨学科团队精心打造，融合创新与高效理念。团队成员充分发挥各自专业优势，针对空气质量不佳、空间布局不合理、交互性差以及美感不足等问题深入分析，制定出一系列切实可行的解决方案。
在项目内容上，“绿意盎然” 亮点多多。通过模块化植物配置，打造不同功能的植物模块。特大模块由垂吊型植物墙构成，能高效净化空气，由RBM统一管理；大模块包含大型盆栽和垂吊植物，美观度拉满，同样由RBM管理；中模块是植物架与植物组合，起到隔断作用，由临近小组共同认领管理；小模块多为小型植物，放在工位调节心情，由各个小组自行认领管理。此外，还配套了智能小程序，方便大家选购绿植花卉，多种绿植任你挑选，还有上期最佳、今日特供等分类。从净化空气的绿萝、吊兰，到装饰用的苔藓球、文竹，应有尽有，满足不同需求。而且小程序下单，绿植就能直接送到工位。项目还注重UI设计，从整体页面到各个操作流程，都经过精心设计，为用户带来便捷又舒适的使用体验。
在预算方面，“绿意盎然” 项目规划得十分清晰。一次性投入涵盖小程序开发、各类植物及植物架采购、植物养护等费用，合计31090元。其中小程序开发2000元（可招募RBM学生负责开发节省成本），特大模块植物4800元，大型盆栽4320元等。固定资产方面，垂吊植物架子和中模块植物架总价15400元。持续投入包括小程序维护、植物换新、植物养护等费用 ，像小程序开发每年500元，特大模块植物每4年换新需1200元等。
