Native To Future - Smart Seaside Village Planning | 海洋传统村落旺渔村智慧乡村规划设计

The project “Wisdom Birth · Understanding of the Dan People - Wangyu Fishing Village Planning in Shenzhen - Shanwei Cooperation Zone” focuses on the original - ecological fishing village along the Shenzhen - Honghai Bay. It extracts characteristics such as fishery production, marine resources, and Dan cultural heritage. Four major intelligent systems, namely intelligent research and education, intelligent cultural tourism, intelligent fishery, and intelligent grassroots governance, are proposed to build a smart village. In spatial planning, modular spatial units and grid - based governance are emphasized.

• 🥇Won the second prize in the Course Design - Urban and Rural Planning category of the 14th Yuanye Awards International Competition for Students!
• 🎨Exhibited at the 9th Shenzhen - Hong Kong Urbanism Architecture Bi - City Biennale (Shenzhen).
• ✨The planning team is composed of students from Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) and Harbin Institute of Technology, who jointly presents this wonderful rural planning scheme.
